1.適用范圍:鐵、鋁、合金、玻璃、陶瓷、電鍍、石材、陽(yáng)極氧化鋁表面及烤（噴）漆面等

2.稀釋劑  :用本公司s-03稀釋劑 

3.固化劑  :可添加ta-9154硬化劑  10％增加附著力,提高墨膜硬度。

4.膠刮硬度: 70-80度為宜，另外角度在60-70度為最佳。

5.網(wǎng)目:適合于100-420網(wǎng)目印刷

6.用量:用300目網(wǎng)版每公斤約可印30平方米.

7.干燥方法: ta系列是屬于自然揮發(fā)干燥的油墨,墨層表干時(shí)間5-10分鐘：實(shí)干時(shí)間在24小時(shí)以?xún)?nèi).

二,測(cè)試方法（完全干燥后）

三、油墨使用注意事

3．需要套色時(shí)，應(yīng)在前顏色表干或硬干后再進(jìn)行套色工作。

4．附著力、硬度、耐酸  性、耐油性、耐去漬油性、抗劃傷性、耐磨性等性能的檢測(cè)，需要墨層完全固化后方可檢測(cè)。

5．未經(jīng)允許情況下，不得將本系列油墨與其它類(lèi)型油墨混用及配色。

6.添加固化劑  后的使用時(shí)限：加入固化劑  后的油墨使用時(shí)間為4~6小時(shí)，環(huán)境溫度越高使用時(shí)間越短，剩余油墨不可回收。
