施工工藝：

1. 基層處理：鋼鐵結(jié)構(gòu)處理：應(yīng)把鋼管、鋼板、彩鋼板、表面先除銹，清理干凈，然后用水沖洗干凈，再用干布擦干后，開始施工涂刷涂膜。

2. 底涂施工：涂料攪拌均勻后涂刷，水泥基面過干可適量加水，鐵皮或彩鋼不能加水，這樣才能起到涂層與基礎(chǔ)的滲透性，從而增強(qiáng)粘接力，待2-4小時干后再涂刷第二遍，以此類推。

施工方法：

滾、刮、刷三種方法均可使用。滾涂、刮涂、刷涂三種方法均可使用，但要涂刷均勻。涂刷為1mm厚要份四次涂刷、涂刷為1.5mm厚應(yīng)分五-六次完成，（有設(shè)計(jì)要求的按設(shè)計(jì)要求施工涂刷）。涂每道涂層表干后，應(yīng)作施工質(zhì)量檢查，如出現(xiàn)漏涂及起鼓，應(yīng)給予修補(bǔ)處理。

注意事項(xiàng)：

1. 在一般氣候條件下，底涂表干時間為2-3小時，每涂刷一遍要相隔2-3小時表干后再刷第二遍。涂層干固時間為12小時，環(huán)境部好、氣溫低溫濕度大，通風(fēng)條件干固時間延長，反之短些。

2. 禁止在雨天施工，氣溫低于5度不宜施工。涂膜未實(shí)干前禁止走人踩踏，禁止在涂層上施工作業(yè)，以免破壞防水層，影響防水效果。

產(chǎn)品包裝：25kg/桶 ，50kg塑料桶。 無毒、無味、不易燃，按非危險品運(yùn)輸。

本品應(yīng)存放通風(fēng)干燥的室內(nèi)，溫度在0℃-40℃，注意密封包裝，自生產(chǎn)日期起有效儲存期為8個月。開封使用后涂料應(yīng)密封保存。
